Simple Fried Chicken

Everywhere around the world, one of the fastest growing businesses nowadays are food chain, restaurant, and other food company. Almost all of them serve numerous chicken recipes. This record just shows that people really crave for food specially chicken. They are looking for a food which will meet their satisfaction.


Many would would visit website just to know more about new recipes, read books about recipe, just to find out menu that would be very easy to follow and food which will satisfy their taste.

Being one of them, I'm also looking for the best food to serve for my family. In doing this, I found out a new and simpliest easy to cook recipe. I tried it and it works, I got a delicious and nutritious menu.


Here's my simple recipe.

Ingredients:

1 dressed chicken (approx. 1 kil) cut into pieces
½ cup soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
garlic (cut into small cubes)
medium onion cut into pieces
1 tsp.salt

for frying:

oil
bread crumbs
cooking steps:


  • Combine all ingredients together except oil and bread crumbs.
  • Soak the chicken into the combined ingredients for 1 hour.
  • Remove chicken and roll it in the bread crumbs.
  • Heat the pan and place exact amount of oil.
  • Deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
  • Ready to serve with your favorite sauce.

    This is just a very simple and easy to cook recipe, but I'm sure that if you try this you will really feel the delicious and nutritious food which will satisfy your cravings.

    Paradise Chicken Salad in Pineapple Boats


    Try this chicken salad in pineapple boats and you'll experience a real different taste which will satisfy your cravings due to its delicious savour.






    Ingredients:

    2 fresh pineapple (uncut)
    1 medium banana, sliced
    2 ½ cups cubed cooked chicken
    1/3 cup salted peanuts
    ¾ cup diced celery
    1 cup (11 oz.) mandarine orange segments drained canned pineapple chunks (equivalent to what is removed from fresh pineapple or to taste)
    1 can of pineapple chunks


    Procedures:

    • Prepare pineapple shells.
    • Cut in half lenghtwise through green top.
    • Cut each in half again. (should have 4 pieces from each pineapple with green top intact.)
    • Remove fruit from each section.
    • Cut fruit into chunks.
    • Drain pineapple shells (upsidedown) on paper towel.
    • Combine pineapple, chicken and celery in large bowl.
    • Cover and refrigerate. 

    Dressing: 

    ¾ cup mayonnaise
    2 tbsp chopped chutney
    1 tsp curry powder

    • In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
    • Cover and refrigerate.
    • Just before serving, drain any juice from fruit/chicken mixture.
    • Add banana and peanuts; toss lightly with dressing.
    • Fill pineapple boats.
    • Sprinkle each with coconut and garnish with mandarine orange segments.

    This is nice for a fancy luncheon salad/entree. Tastes and looks great too.

    Eastern North Carolina Barbeque


    My family loves to eat pork barbecue. I'm always doing research and try something new in order for my family to enjoy the meal that I serve. When I tried this recipe my kids told me that they have tasted the different taste of barbecue that they haven't tasted yet. When I started cooking this, every time they told me that they want me to cook that “ Eastern North Carolina Barbeque”. They really enjoy when I serve this food to them.

    Ingredients
    1 fresh pork butt, bone-in (butt, or top portion of the shoulder)
    Kosher salt
    Barbecue Sauce,  recipe follows
    Special Equipment: Hickory, oak, and/or maple wood or chips; smoker

     Follow this:
    • Add hickory, oak, and maple chunks or chips to your smoker. Refer to the directions for your smoker to determine the correct amount of chips for the meat and for lighting instructions. When the chips are ready, add the pork and smoke it for 2 to 2 ½ hours at 250 degrees F.
    • Remove the pork and wrap it in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    • Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F.
    • Cook the pork for 6 to 8 hours until the meat is tender and all apart when the bone is removed. Chop the pork coarsely and mix in salt and barbecue sauce, to taste. Serve with more barbecue sauce on the side.
       
    Barbecue sauce:
    • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
    • ½ tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
    • ½ tablespoon kosher salt
    • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper


      In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, red pepper, garlic, and salt over high heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium-high. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes and then remove from the heat. Let cool then add the black pepper.

      Ready to serve......

       

      Simple Tuna Melt


      I've already tasted many recipes made from tuna. I feel that almost of the food I tasted have just similar taste. One time that I visit the recipes from Google that I have notice this very simple recipe, then I tried this and  I found out that this simple one turn to a delicious and nutritious food which my family love and enjoy.



      Ingredients:

      1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
      2 tablespoons mayonnaise
      1 pinch salt
      1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
      1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
      2 slices whole wheat bread
      2 teaspoons chopped dill pickle
      ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

       Procedures:

      • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
        • Place bread slices in the oven to toast while it preheats, and while you make the tuna salad.

        • In a small bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, salt, balsamic vinegar, mustard and dill pickle until well blended. Remove the bread from the oven, and pile the tuna mixture onto one slice. Sprinkle cheese over the other slice of bread.
          • Bake for 7  minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is melted and tuna is heated through. Place the cheese side of the sandwich on top of the tuna side. Cut half and serve immediately.

          Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich





          Here's one recipe of a delicious food you can serve for a whole family to enjoy!






          Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich

          Ingredients:
          3 cups peanut oil,
          4 plain hamburger buns,
          ½ Tbsp salt 1 cup flour,
          1 egg 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts,
          halved 1 cup milk,
          2 Tbsp melted butter,
          2 ½ tbsp powdered sugar,
          8 dill pickle slices 
          ½ tsp ground pepper


          How to:
          • Heat the peanut oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat to about 400 degree Fahrenheit.
          • In a small bowl, beat the egg and stir in the milk.
          • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pepper, and salt.
          • Dip each piece of chicken in milk until it is fully moistened.
          • Roll the moistened chicken in a flour mixture until completely coated.
          • Drop all four chicken pieces into the hot oil and close the pressure cooker.
          • When steam starts shooting through the pressure release, set the timer for three and ½ min. IMPORTANT REMINDER!! DO NOT CLOSE STEAM RELEASE. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS!
          • While the chicken is on the process of cooking, spread a coating of melted butter on the face of each bun.
          • When the chicken is already cooked, remove it from the oil and drain or blot on paper towels.
          • Place two pickles on each bottom bun; add the chicken then the top bun.
          • To make a deluxe chicken sandwich, simply add two tomato slices and a leaf of lettuce. Mayonnaise also goes well on this sandwich.

          Kitchen Wonder

          Kitchen is a part of the house where cooking and food preparation is being made. Kitchen brings wonder to the family through delicious , savory and nutritious food that are being serve.





          In preparing foods there are different simple rules to follow:

          • Wash your hands before you start cooking. Before cooking you should wash your hands, be sure that is clean. Wash the raw vegetables with safe clean water to remove the dirt and chemicals. Wash uncooked poultry, fish and meat with clean water.

          • Use knife and cutting board. When cutting vegetables, fruits, meat, fish and other ingredients be sure to use knife and cutting board in order to prevent from any accident that might happen.

          • Always use an apron and a hair net. Use an apron when cooking in order to refrain from stains foods might bring to your clothes and protection from heat. Use a hair net to prevent hair fall on the food you are preparing.

          • Always use a pot holder. To hold hot pots, remove pans from oven you need to use pot holder to prevent burn.


          How to Prepare Delicious Foods

          Delicious foods add wonder to the kitchen as we know that it is the place where the food is being prepared. Delicious food are not only those food with much ingredients but simple food that is easy to cook, with less ingredients that can catch the attention of the person whom the food is being served. It is through the delicious taste and the nutrients it gives.

          In preparing food, many mother would often think on what to cook that the whole family would enjoy and most of all the kids would love it.

          In my own experience, there is no difference between expensive foods with more ingredients than with cheaper with less ingredients as long as it is delicious and it has more nutrients which is needed by the body.

          Therefore, kitchen wonder is the art of making delicious food with delicious taste, and has more nutrients.
