Kitchen is a part of the house where cooking and food preparation is being made. Kitchen brings wonder to the family through delicious , savory and nutritious food that are being serve.
In preparing foods there are different simple rules to follow:
- Wash your hands before you start cooking. Before cooking you should wash your hands, be sure that is clean. Wash the raw vegetables with safe clean water to remove the dirt and chemicals. Wash uncooked poultry, fish and meat with clean water.
- Use knife and cutting board. When cutting vegetables, fruits, meat, fish and other ingredients be sure to use knife and cutting board in order to prevent from any accident that might happen.
- Always use an apron and a hair net. Use an apron when cooking in order to refrain from stains foods might bring to your clothes and protection from heat. Use a hair net to prevent hair fall on the food you are preparing.
- Always use a pot holder. To hold hot pots, remove pans from oven you need to use pot holder to prevent burn.
How to Prepare Delicious Foods
Delicious foods add wonder to the kitchen as we know that it is the place where the food is being prepared. Delicious food are not only those food with much ingredients but simple food that is easy to cook, with less ingredients that can catch the attention of the person whom the food is being served. It is through the delicious taste and the nutrients it gives.
In preparing food, many mother would often think on what to cook that the whole family would enjoy and most of all the kids would love it.
In my own experience, there is no difference between expensive foods with more ingredients than with cheaper with less ingredients as long as it is delicious and it has more nutrients which is needed by the body.
Therefore, kitchen wonder is the art of making delicious food with delicious taste, and has more nutrients.
